From Logic To Philosophy: The Understanding Of The Gong Was Thought

The object of this paper is about the Gongsun Long’s logical thought and his philosophy of logic. The author analyzes the the Gongsun Long’s ideological background, the authenticity of the Gongsunlongzi and the characteristics of Gongsunlongzi. On this basis, the author makes a sort of Gongsunlongzi, which is an essential basis of this work.On the interpretation of Gongsun Long’s thought, the auther expanded mainly from the following aspects:Firstly, analyzed Gongsun Long’s real rules of logic; Secondly, demonstrated the rationality of the "the white horse is different from the horse". Thirdly, demonstrated the rationality between the hard nature and white nature and found the epistemological root of the distinction between the concept; Fourthly, discussed the concept of logical classification theory; Fifthly,expounded the Gongsun Long’s logic philosophy and found the ideological origins of the philosophy of logic.Finally, in this article, the author analyzed the logic value of Gongsun Long’s thinking, the contemporary significance and reiterated the importance of traditional culture as well as the necessity of writing this article.
