| Environmental pollution and resource shortage problem is getting worse in the recent years. Wind power as a renewable energy has developed rapidly. The power output of a wind power plant is fluctuant and intermittent, which is determined by the randomicity and intermittence of wind speed, so it will produce influence to voltage quality and stability of the power system. With the expansion of the scale of wind farms, the influence brought by wind farms connected to power systems has become more and more remarkable. Therefore, the research on the impact of wind farm connected to power systems is an important issue that should be solved urgently.Taking the double-fed wind power generation system as the object of study, this thesis focuses on the mutual influence between wind farm and the grid, Based on the MATLAB simulation platform, flow calculation and dynamic simulation, the activities which have been taken are as follows:Firstly, this research focuses on the working principle of three different wind farm consisting of doubly-fed induction wind turbines, direct-drive permanent magnet induction wind turbines and comprehensive utilizing the above two kind of wind turbine generators. Set up wind speed, doubly-fed induction generator and wind turbine model and so on.Secondly, The flow distribution of three different wind farms of two models is analyzed. If the output voltage of wind turbine connect to the grid meets grid voltage quality requirements is calculated by using MATLAB program. And have provided the prerequisite for the study of dynamic characteristics of the wind farm incorporation movement.Lastly, speed model, wind turbine model using for dynamic simulation and wind farm model are established. The power system dynamic simulation which contains wind farms is designed by MATLAB and its tool. The reactive power variations and dynamic response of wind farms are simulated and subjected to disturbances such as wind speed disturbance〠load disturbanceã€three-phase short-circuit and line disconnections. The correctness and feasibility of wind turbine method is verified by a specific example. |
