The Corporate Environmental Responsibility Under The Theory Of Ecological Movement

As social productivity is developing,and the level of science and technology isspeeding,relationships among human nature,society and ecology are growing more andmore complicated.Under such circumstances,ecological movement is gradually evolvingunder its logical necessity and moving path. During these periods,ecological movement isbeing socially modernized,especially in the field of its ecological ethnics and socialformation.First,the author will focus on the ecological ethnics and social formation in thewest and its modernization.Second，as environmental responsibility of enterprises are beinglegally institutionalized,the author are trying to discover and analyze the current situationof environmental responsibility of enterprises in China and its improvement.Finally,theauthor manage to center on the positive interactions between the modern trend of socialecological movement and the legal process of environmental responsibility of enterprises.
