Researches On V+P+NP Structure And Relevant Issues In Modern Chinese

There are a lot of formats likes V+P+NP in modern Chinese. Based on theprevious related research,this article studies the V+P+NP systematically,and tries tomake a systematic arrangement and further research.Fristly,we try to find therestraining factors of the V+P+NP,from its rhythmic pattern，syntax，meaning andusage.Secondly,we primarily explore the apperance and hiding of the P in thestructure,and try to find its reasons and the law.Finally,some structures of V+P havethe trend to be a verb from the parts of the structure，we try to reveal the possibilitiesof the lexicalization and induce several rules of it.This paper is divided into sixchapters.Chapter one is the preface of the paper. It introduces the purpose andsignificance of the article, and it also concludes a comprehensive analysis which isrelated to this thesis.Chapter two is the preliminary investigation of the characters of theV+P+NP,from its rhythmic pattern，syntax，meaning and usage.This part will be afoundation for the other parts.Chapter three is the description and investigation of the occurrence and hiding ofthe preposition in V+P+NP.We try to find its reasons and the laws.Chapter four is the investigation of the lexicalization of the V+P.We analysethe possibilities of the lexicalization and induce several rules of it from its semanticsand syntax.Chapter five is the conclusion. We summarize our viewpoints; explain the valueand the innovation of this thesis. Still there are some problems unsolved. We hope wecan go deeper with this research later.
