In the road traffic accidents,90%are associated with human factors. And in the human factors people’s perception of the factors play a leading role. Through the research on the driver’s risk perception, to reveal and understand the process and rules that the driver’s risk perception in the process of driving. To improve the road and vehicle design criteria, improved driver training and examination procedures, and design a new driving assistant system and risk early warning system has important theoretical significance.Traffic accident is mainly due to the low level of the risk of the driver’s feelings, and can not be fully aware of the transport of dangerous. In view of this, this study through the contrast test for new drivers and old drivers, using the cognitive and evaluation of new and old driver of dangerous scenes to reflect the level of dangerous feelings, study the driver’s perception differences from the two levels of physical and psychological. Experiment is divided into two groups, the first group examines new and old drivers the differences of risk perception processing dominant dangerous; the second group study new and old driver handling the differences of perception with potentially dangerous. Experiments using the eye movement instrument on the driver’s eye movement tracking, and recording the new and old drivers in eye movement data of two sets of scenarios. On this basis, using SPSS software to quantitative analysis the new and old drivers looking times, look at the length, the pupil diameter, saccade amplitude, to extract the characteristics of eye movement of new and old driver, analysis of differences in risk perception between new and old drivers significantly from eye physiology angle. Secondly, by way of experiment questionnaire, based on fuzzy signal detection theory (FSDT), evaluate the scene classification, and the two indicators, sensitivity and signal response standard of fuzzy signal detection theory, have aid of analyse what impact the new and old the drivers to hazard perception ability from a psychological point.Experimental results show that:the new and old drivers have no significant differences to the feel levels of dominant dangerous, but in the experiments scene of the potentially dangerous, the level of feelings of the old drivers be significantly higher than the new drivers. At the same time, by using of the FSDT to analyse the two indicators of the sensitivity and response criteria, to the psychological point of view, further found that the difference to the hazard perception lies not in their sensitivity but rather different to the response threshold of dangerous judgment. So we can see that, in the training, the drivers should be focus on reducing the threshold value of the danger judgment, rather than simply improving the level of sensitivity to the hazard perception.
