Fire fighting has attracted more and more attentions as a worldwide problem,Fire-fighting shell is a fire extinguisher aimed at fire fighting. Nowadays, a series of fireextinguisher have been manufactured all around the world. This subject studies the intelligentexploding of fire-fighting shell based on C8051F310MCU. Fire-fighting shell was launchedby the mortar, which could detect the temperature information, infrared information andsmoke information of the fire scene after entered into it and explored intelligently so that theextinguisher can be dispersed in the fire scene. Therefore, a better optimal fire fighting effectcould be fulfilled.This thesis introduced the developmental situation of the fire-fighting shell both homeand abroad. It aimed at the existing problems of the fire-fighting shell on trigger mode. Thethesis proposed the general scheme design on the intelligent control system which has beendivided into three modules. Firstly the dissertation finished the design of informationdetection module on fire scene, temperature sensor, flame sensor and smoke sensor connectedwith peripheral devices; they constituted the system front-end detection module. Secondly, bytaking C8051F310MCU as the key element information collection and processing module forthe system, the thesis finished the hardware and software design of this module. Finally, thesystem selected silicon controlled rectifier as an executive switch, which had completedexecution circuit module of hardware design. According to the trigger mechanism of theexecutive circuit, the system had completed software design. Based on the previous modulesabove, the author had achieved the exploding control system’s module debugging and static test after the system’s overall design. At the same time, this thesis analyzed both the data andphenomena gathered from the experiments.
