As the major component for the combination of freight wagon, the brake rigging is safety guarantee during operation.Connection failure caused by shedding or lose of the brake rigging is the major Quality issues, which threaten safety running seriously. Through research, analysis&argumentation, solution like riveting&round pin structure come out.This essay is to R&D on the new connecting device for Suspension parts of the brake rigging, by using the special structure to combine riveting technology and round pin structure to solve the shedding or lose of the brake rigging and guarantee safety operation of freight wagons.Firstly we analyses Connection failure of the brake rigging, accomplish the design of new-type rivet pin after combine the advantage of the riveting technology, optimal design will through Simulation analysis with the key performance that influence the installation and operation.prototype will manufactured by the modern equipment and technology. And key mechanical performance data shall be verified to meet then needs of requirement of design.We take the full study for the revit link technology in the process of development.The relevent data is carried out by using the finite element method to make the numerical analysis of the stress and strain, travel load, pull-out force, riveting that affect the Rivet pin in the process of installation and use. The riveting pin is optimized designed through the combination of the finite element analysis process and results.We study the riveting manufacturing technology on the basis of the existing pull riveting technology manufacturing experience, and the use of advanced manufacturing equipment, we complete product prototype work. According to the riveting pin mechanics performance test requirements, completed the test fixture design and manufacturing, and in accordance with the requirements of test, the test verification work is expanded.After R&D, trial-manufacture and prototype trial, operation test will be held by the head department.the trail shows that the well performance of the riveting pin had solved the quality issue of brake rigging,i.e. lose and shedding of suspension parts,it is bulk loading operated on the freight wagon of which loading is70ts or above.Rivet off the success and development of the use of bulk loading, is another successful utilization of the connection technology in specific areas for rhe revit link technology.lt solve the existing quality problems, but also promotes the connection technology development Rivet and promote revit product development and manufacturing capabilities.
