| Up to now domestic and foreign researchers have done a lot in the concrete filled steeltube arch bridge, whose work was mainly focused on the concrete filled arch bridge for civiltransportation. Whereas research in the steel pipe concrete arch bridge for special purpose,like steel trestle for the wharf at2#oil terminal in Xianrendao area of Yingkou port, is rare. Itis of significant necessity to do sophisticated study in the design, construction methods andcontrol of this kind of steel pipe concrete arch bridge.Based on the summary of history and current development of domestic concrete filledarch steel trestle, the paper not only outlined the design methods of concrete filled steel tubearch bridge, but also briefly introduced the calculation methods used in design of the concretefilled steel tube arch bridge from various aspects including the internal force calculations,checking computations, checking of arch rib design and etc.As far as the steel trestle for the wharf at2#oil terminal in Xianrendao area of Yingkouport was concerned, details were demonstrated fully in the paper for selection of the structure,design consideration and key technical standards of upper structure. Meanwhile the designspecifications and procedures, construction materials and construction methods weredescribed. Spatial steel structure design software3D3S9.0was taken advantage of in thesimulation analysis and design of arch structure.The paper presented three kinds of bridge construction methods and explained the keytechnical points in construction further. In view of control principle, requirements,construction contents and methods introduced, the paper analyzed a number of influencingfactors in construction control. This paper focused on the construction methods andprocedures of steel trestle for wharf, and gave particular recommendation on the controlrequirements of hanger, slings and the construction camber used in the construction as well.On the basis of introduction of arch rib concrete technology, a series of requirement in theconcrete pouring construction of steel trestle for the wharf at2#oil terminal in Xianrendaoarea of Yingkou port was raised. |
