With the rapid development of electronic technology, electronic devices comes into thehigh-frequency and high-capacity times, the power converter system with pulse widthmodulation has been widely used, but makes electromagnetic interference intensified at thesame time. The electromagnetic interference generated by the converter system not onlyaffects normal work of converter itself and the load, and shorten the service life, but alsoinfluence the surrounding electromagnetic environment. High-speed semiconductor switchingdevices in power converter system, can greatly improve the dynamic response of process, butthese semiconductor switching device will cause a huge instantaneous voltage andinstantaneous current in the turn-on and turn-off instant, which can be brought a strongelectromagnetic interference, and even beyond the limits of electromagnetic compatibilitystandards. Therefore, it is necessary for the electromagnetic interference research of powerconverter system.Firstly, regarding three-phase PWM rectifier, this paper introduces the definition ofelectromagnetic compatibility, research contents and status. Secondly, the paper analyzes onhigh-frequency characteristics of passive components; then, according to the rectifierswitching function, take the switching frequency harmonics as a source of interference, thispaper puts forward the model of high frequency approximate calculation method ofinterference source model, established the PWM converter the equivalent circuit ofdifferential mode interference and common mode interference, use the frequency domainmethod to calculate the PWM converter differential mode interference and common modenoise in net side, and show that the validity and correctness of the equivalent circuit modeland the calculation method with the experimental results and simulation results. Finally, thispaper studies the effects of different control strategies, different switching frequency,influence the rectifier conduction disturbances from load and power converter systemconducted interference suppression based on three-phase PWM rectifier system.Based on the proposed equivalent circuit model and calculation method by three-phasePWM rectifier, this paper provides a reference interference prediction for the actualtransmission of the power converter system and can be extended to other electromagneticinterference prediction studies of inverter, AC converters and DC converters in the variableflow system...
