Research On Concept Plan Of The Auto Trade Specialized Block

With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry, the motor trade space has been appeared in city to adapt to this. This paper makes the car trade specialized blocks as the research object. Learning from the typical case, this paper study the classification of professional summary and block about their formation mechanism and the evolution trend, through a new category from the automotive trade point of view of commercial space. It provides space for the automotive trade in the city learnied from the existence of spatial form, and provides a solid theoretical basis of Qingdao auto business street’s Planning and Construction.Paper makes urban planning as the core, and combines of urban economics, urban geography, architecture and other related disciplines. Meanwhile, it also combines with the actual conduct of a full Qingdao local social research and analysis, using a combination of theory and practical methods, and makes a comprehensive and in-depth study of Qingdao auto business street’s formation, evolution and development. Finally, it summarizes trends and evolution phases.Part two:After the researched about the development of on China’s auto business specialized block, and combined with China’s Motor City, auto trade theme parks and other instances, this paper summers up China’s auto business specialized block planning and building block model.Part three:With the analysis the background of Qingdao auto business street’s, paper summarizes the development of Qingdao Auto business street’s liking strengths, weaknesses and development strategies. Paper makes a preliminary Concept Plan, especially in the planning layout, traffic, landscape and architectural form, etc. And it proposes the development of security policies and sound management system recommendations at the system level.
