Petroleum is the main energy in modern economy. With the rapid development of oureconomy, China’s oil consumption has increased sharply, however, in the process oflarge-scale mining, smelting, transportation, use and disposal of petroleum, pollution,omission, blowout, pipeline leakage accidents frequently, causing serious soil pollution,which has posed a serious threat to the ecological environment, food safety and human health,become the important social and environmental issues. Therefore, the oil contaminated soilremediation, restoration of the ecological function of imminent.In this paper, as a goal, to explore a suitable industrialization, large-scale production ofthe eluting agent, selection of organic solvent as pilot eluting agent, oil removing rate canreach above85%. The test process are studied and corrected, at the same time to test theequipment required for the parameters of the simulation integration, installation andcommissioning of the extraction unit, oil separation unit and a fixing agent separation unit ofthe equipment. The feeding ways to improve in2:1ratio of liquid to solid pre mixed feed,tower bottom oil removal rate was85.81%, compared to the direct feed oil removal rateincreased by22.7%. Oil separation unit operating conditions determined as: Flash potworking temperature of110degrees C, the working pressure is atmospheric pressure; the inlettemperature of the cooling water outlet temperature of32DEG C,40degrees C; the coupledheat transfer of flash technology after the solvent recovery rate of greater than95%, energyconsumption of65KW. Solid agent separation unit determines the optimum dryingtemperature80degrees, after treatment, residual solvent content in the soil can be up to1%the following, with water after the separation of the soil can be later microbial and plantrepair.Complete set of equipment for demonstration projects in high concentration of petroleumcontaminated soil are continuously after the repair operation, can make the target oil frominitial18.37%to2.61%, oil removal rate reached85.81%, solvent recovery rate of greaterthan95%, residual solvent content in the soil can be up to1%the following, complete sets ofequipment processing capacity of300kg/h (contaminated soil), can be our country large-scaleremediation of petroleum contaminated soil to provide a reliable theoretical basis.
