| Five years in the future is an opportunity period of development and also a turningperiod of economic transformation strategy for Fuxin. The condition of environmentalcarrying capacity in Fuxin has been evaluated by studying. And according to majorinfluencing factors of environmental carrying capacity, suggestions were put forward toimprove regional environment and to the development of Fuxin.By studying on a lot of related literature and on related theories and methods ofenvironmental carrying capacity, on the basis of gathering relevant data in thedevelopment of environment and economy and environmental quality of Fuxin, adetailed analysis on the factors of influencing environmental quality of Fuxin were made.Firstly, an index scale system of evaluation was established according to the principlesof environmental carrying capacity evaluation and by screening relational indexes.Secondly, the weights of various indexes to zone above indexes and to general goal werecalculated by analytic hierarchy process. And then normalized processing was applied invarious indexes data of index layer by averaging method. Thirdly, environment carryingquantity, environmental carrying capacity and environmental carrying rate werecalculated by spatial state method. Relative surplus rate of environmental carryingcapacity of various indexes and environmental carrying capacity of Fuxin werecalculated by Relative surplus rate method. These two methods were analyzed andcontrasted to verify reliability of results on environmental carrying capacity. Aprediction model of environmental carrying rate of Fuxin was established by BP neuralnetwork to predict environmental carrying rate and environmental carrying capacity ofFuxin from2011to2012. Finally, countermeasures improving environmental carryingcapacity of Fuxin were put forward according to the evaluation results. By the results oftwo methods, environmental carrying capacity showed the downtrend on the whole from2006to2010. Environmental carrying capacity, natural environmental carrying capacityand economic environmental carrying capacity changed less and were in overload statefrom2006to2009and then changed to optimal load state from2009to2010. By theprediction results, the environmental carrying capacity of Fuxin was in optimal loadstate and was suitable to Sustainable develop of economy. |
