Majority of pesticide residues (referred to as pesticide residues) substances are toxic and harmfulsubstances, hazards persist in the body of water, soil, air and other daily living conditions among, canenter the body through different ways, produce great harm to human health. Organophosphoruspesticides (OPPs) is used to control plant diseases, insects, harmful organic compounds containingphosphorus. This type of pesticide varieties, high efficacy, versatile and easy to break, generally do notaccumulate in the animal body, is extremely important class of compounds in pesticides. However, thereare many varieties of a strong human, animal acute toxicity. The existence of water bodies OPPsemissions from the agricultural and industrial wastewater. Large number of reports of studies haveshown that traces of organic phosphorus pesticide residues on aquatic ecosystems has certain hazards,organic phosphorus pesticide residues in the problem of pollution in the waters of ecologicalenvironment also will become a hot issue of the water environment. Therefore, the method developedcan be rapid, sensitive and accurate detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues, has greatsignificance for the evaluation of ecological risk. However, the techniques for the detection of traceorganic phosphorus pesticide residues in the environment there are still many problems of accuracy andsensitivity poor, and is usually the case in water OPPs low (μg/L level), the general approach isdifficult forits direct determination. Therefore, the actual sample pretreatment and enrichment methodshas become a very important aspect of pesticide residues in the test environment.Traditional sample preparation and enrichment methods, mainly liquid-liquid extraction (LLE)and solid phase extraction (SPE). LLE of which not only need to consume large amounts of toxic andhazardous organic solvents, adversely affect the health and the environment of the operating personneland the operation is complicated and time-consuming extraction process is also prone to a large numberof emulsion have a greater impact on the extraction efficiency. SPE is commonly used in recent years,an enrichment method, this method compared with the LLE is solvent consumption, simple operation,but the cost is higher. Recently developed a variety of new sample preparation and enrichment methods,mainly ultrasonic extraction (UE), microwave extraction (ME), supercritical fluid extraction (SFE),solid phase micro extraction (SPME), liquid-phase microextraction (LPME), etc.The LPME LLE and SPE based on the development of a new type of sample pre-treatmenttechnology, its main principle is based on the principle of "like dissolves like". It overcomes thedeficiencies of the traditional LLE is simple, fast, environmentally friendly set of extraction, enrichmentand purification of one of the advantages that can adapt to the requirements of the development ofmodern analytical science, by the analysis of the widespread concern of the workers. So far, peopledevelop a variety of LPME extraction and pattern, including the hanging drop and hollow fibermembrane extraction, headspace and immersion extraction way, static and dynamic extraction mode,two-phase and three-phase extraction mode, etc.The technology is maturing.In this paper, LPME-HPLC analysis method of detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues,to determine the optimum conditions for chromatography and extraction, the actual environmental watersamples were tested in the optimization of favorable conditions. The results showed that the highextraction efficiency, short extraction time, and can be successful and efficient and sensitive detection oforganophosphorus pesticides in the samples. And the methods of pre-treatment technology is a set of sampling, extraction and enrichment for the integration of environment-friendly detection technology.
