Sucrose is the main form of transport of higher plants photosynthetic products, to provide carbon and energy source for cells in normal growth and development, plays a decisive role in plant growth、 development and metabolic processes. There are three enzymes of sucrose metabolism, namely converting enzyme or G-fructofuranosidase (Inv), sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS), sucrose synthase (SUSy), sucrose synthase is one of the key enzyme which catalytic sucrose metabolism. Sucrose synthase has the dual properties of the decomposition and synthesis of sucrose and play a very important role in the regulation of sucrose metabolism. generally,it agreed that the main function of the sucrose synthase is the decomposition of sucrose to provide precursors for the synthesis of polysaccharides. Sucrose synthase is a key enzyme of sucrose to promote in vivo into a variety of metabolic pathways, the main catalytic reaction:sucrose+UDP (?) UDPG+fructose.Sucrose is the regulatory factors of cell metabolism, and involved in stress response to adapt to adversity sucrose has a signal-oriented features, and can induce the expression of the gene encoding specific proteins. In addition, In addition, sugar involved in the regulation of plant development, differentiation, fruit maturation process, which were completed by the sucrose synthase.In this study, the family gene expression patterns were researched by real-time quantitative RT-PCR, Compared and discussed the relative expression levels and expression differences between the same members of the different developmental stages and different members of the same developmental stages. The results showed that the expression level of the Ossus1mainly concentrated in the roots, stems and panicles, especially in the stem, its expression level is the highest in the entire family members; Ossus2gene expression distribution is the most widely in the whole gene family, and its relative expression level is relatively high; the expression level of Ossus3and Ossus4mainly focus on reproductive growth stages, manifested in the stamen、pistil and early developmental stages of young embryo, and do not express or expression level is very low in other organizations; the relative expression level of Ossus5and Ossus6is the lowest in the whole family, while compared between within the organization, mainly active in the vegetative growth stage and low expression levels in late plant growth and development. At the same time, the proteins encoded by gene given the protoplast expression, the laser scanning confocal microscopy shown that there are expressed in the cytoplasm and cell membrane. In addition, the promoter sequences of sucrose synthase gene were cloned and constructed the promoter-gus expression vector. gus staining analysis showed that after the transformation of Arabidopsis, seedlings period mainly expressed in the vascular system, while building the RNAi expression vector is to receive the seeds of transgenic plants, which provide a basis for subsequent functional studies.
