This paper is based on the panel data of 28 manufacturing industries from 1997 to 2009 in China; building input-output system, measures comprehensive scale index of 28 manufacturing industries which reflecting the dynamic trends of China's manufacturing industries spatial agglomeration; then analyzes the changes of The dynamic efficiency of capital accumulation and the marginal efficiency of labor allocation to explore the dynamic efficiency change's characters of production factors allocation in the process of manufacturing spatial concentration. The conclusions of the study show that the dynamic efficiency of China's manufacturing Industry capital accumulation has shown two stages: effective stage 1997-2001 and ineffective stage 2002-2009, the former was invalid period, the later was significantly improved, the capital accumulation in different manufacturing industries have different dynamic efficiency; labor Allocation Dynamic Efficiency according to average labor productivity shows that the southeast coastal areas'dominant position in many two-digit manufacturing industries especially labor-intensive industries were gradually replaced. The case study on comparisons among labor-intensive industry, capital-intensive industry and technology- intensive industry is typical analysis of the relationship between dynamic efficiency and agglomeration scale. The end of this paper, some policy inspiration was point out and discussed.
