Japan's Successful Experience In The Development Of Circular Economy And The Enlightenment To China

At present, China's social using of resources exists low per capita resources, low resource utilization, environmental pollution and other problems, and also in the "treatment after pollution, treatment when pollution happens" stage. With China's rapid economic development, between economic development and environmental protection there will be many problems, in order to ease the conflict and to create a favorable environment for future generations, we should save resources and improve efficiency of resource use, change the mode of economic development to achieve China's sustainable development.The recycling economy is a good model for sustainable socio-economic development, an eco-economy, according to the natural ecosystem of material recycling and energy conversion laws, through cleaner production technologies, waste recycling technology to maximize the efficiency of resource use, minimize waste emissions, the harmonious integration of the economic system of the material, the energy cycle in order to achieve economic and environmental development.
