SY Company's Research Of Internal Monitoring System

The SY company has enacted a series of system during its fast development process, but the phenomenon that the system can not ececute always accures.It caused by the lack of company's internal supervision system, which hindered the development of the company as a certain extent. The company has put forward three years' strategic target in 2010.To put a breakthrough into practise in three years, how can we ensure that strategic objectives? By fundamental establishing, ensuring that the company internal supervision is in effective operation so that can improve company operation effects and realizes strategic objectives.SY company currently is in such environment as own quick development; rapidly change of external environment and bad market competition. By analyzing the problems of company internal supervision, some basic bedding things such as a set of complete supervision system should be structured and planned to achieve strategic objectives.
