The evaluation on development zone land intensive utilization can promote information construction, provide the basis for policy. It is found thmt land use structure in line with industry development requirements. The rate of land development is 86.49%, the rate of land supply is 89.77%, comprehensive FAR is 0.78. Land management effectiveness is more significant. The paper constructed 16 evaluation indicators and given a certain weight for each indicator. Based on survey data and information of Jiangning development zone, the paper measured and calculated development zone land intensive utilization, the score is 89.39%. The score of land use coordination is 89.4%. The score of land use potential is 10.6%.The paper got the following conclusions:land use structure is rational, land use intensity basically reach the national standard, the efficiency of industrial land input and output is high, land management effectiveness is significant, the level of land intensive utilization is high, but potential is shortage. At last, the paper referenced successful experiences abroad, based on chmracteristics of Jiangning development zone land-use, and put forward some suggestions such as mapping out scientific and rational land use planning, improving the mechmnism of market competition, improving the intensification of industrial land.
