International capital flow, as an economic phenomena, reflects the circulation of world economy. Its flow direction is the barometer for performance of world economy. With the deepening liberalization and raising uncertainties of capital flows, the economic security for a nation are more and more prominent. For the gradual openess of our capital market and our financial system gradual entry into the world, the risks of economy and fiance are constantly increasing. In our paper, based on relative theories of International capital flow, we will inspect the condition of our country and stress the effect of international capital flow on our national economic security, then present some measures and suggestion for making full use of advantages while avoiding disadvantages.There are five parts in this paper. The first part is an introduction, including the significance of the topic and its background, related literature review, the structure. In the second part, we firstly introduce the definition, classification and features of international capital flow, then analyze those spectacular changes and the characteristics in different history period. In the third part, an inquiry is made into the effects of international capital unequilibrium flow on national economic security from the angle of developing country Economic Marginalization, independency of macroeconomic policies,and so on. In the forth part, we inspect the condition of our country ,the make empirical researches on influences of international capital flow on our national economic security. In the fifth part,we present some measures and suggestions on how to guard against risks.
