Research On Construction Of Knowledge Linking In Knowledge Map Based On Linked Data

With the rapid development of information technology, more and more disordered information appear, which virtually increases the difficulty of knowledge acquisition, meanwhile it proposes a higher request for the knowledge management activities. The knowledge map is a visual intelligent management tool that can link the subject of knowledge management activity, which is all kinds of information resources with the relations between them to set up a knowledge linking, and forms a dynamic knowledge network. Up to now, there are some deficiencies in the existing construction method of knowledge linking in the knowledge map, which firstly only emphasizes to find and acquire the explicit knowledge and ignores the importance of the implicit knowledge. Secondly, this method mainly depends on artificial processing and fails to realize mechanization during the organization process of knowledge resources. Finally, it is not considered that the knowledge has the dynamic nature to form the knowledge linking.The appearance of linked data provides a new method for the knowledge linking construction in the knowledge map and forms a significant objective knowledge network which can be easily understood by machine. By means of the RDF data mode, the author combines the four principles for issuing content object of the linked data and its semantic features to transfer the unstructured data and the structured data with different standard into an uniform structured data, so that machine can issue the linked data to form a huge knowledge network which is semantic, intelligence and dynamic. The construction model of knowledge linking in knowledge map based on linked data which was proposed in this article improves the traditional construction method of knowledge linking. Introducing the linked data technologies system, through publishing and linking the structured data of web, those heterogeneous data that are from different areas will be interrelated to each other, so as to realize the semantic construction of knowledge linking.This thesis is on the perspective of linked data to research the construction theory and method of knowledge linking in the knowledge map. Firstly, we summarize the related concept and theory about knowledge map and knowledge linking. Secondly, we study the relationship between knowledge map and knowledge linking, the influencing factors of knowledge linking construction, and the function of linked date in the construction of knowledge linking. Thirdly, after analyzing the method and its defects of traditional knowledge linking construction in knowledge map, we detailed discuss the construction principal, construction model and model characters of the knowledge linking in knowledge map that is based on linked data, then we propose a new method to construct the meta knowledge link which is based on linked data, the process includes knowledge organization and integration, knowledge element mining and indexing, description of knowledge element, knowledge element sorting, construction of knowledge element database and semantic realization of knowledge element linking. Finally, we propose an example about the construction of citation knowledge linking mode in academic journals based on linked data to prove and perfect the theory and method of this new knowledge linking construction which was proposed by this article.
