Research and design of the traveler-oriented guidance system considers providing a convenient and quick route which has the lowest cost of time, distance or charge for travelers, and plans a route for travelers in accordance with their requires. And the required information will be feedback to them.First, this essay introduces the basic traffic parameters, analyses the volume, speed and occupancy data collected by sensors, plots the traffic trends in a week, and gets the time periods which are the highest traffic peaks one day. Next, based on the traffic data analysis, volume, speed and occupancy of the different roads, combined with the historical data and real-time data collected by sensors, are predicted by kalman filter to get the traffic states of the road in different time in a day. Further, guidance system provides separate guidance methods for traveling by bus and by car and completes bus transfer system and dynamic route planning system. Public traffic transfer system realizes the transfer algorithm with the view of minimum transfer times, and gives the time, distance and minimum bus stations evaluation model. Dynamic route planning system creates dynamic traveling time prediction model. Combined with the real-time traffic information, dynamic route planning system is completed. At last, voice release manner of kinds of traffic information release manners is researched. Microsoft Speech SDK speech engine interface is given as well as structure, function and specific realization of voice release system.Traveling line guidance system is an important part of the ATIS system. It can guide the travelers' choice, make the travelers chose the optimal route, avoid the traffic jam, make full use of the current road resources, raise the efficiency of the current traffic transport system, and relieve the environmental and social problems caused by traffic jams.
