The subsystem dealing with the transmission and conversion is a kind of distributed system developed in Unix using C language; the monitoring system and configuring subsystem is developed by B/S structure using Java language; The Content Engine business subsystem is based on the use of Java language, with the purposes to supply the unified storage and management. Finally, we introduce the design of database tables. After the system analysis and the design work, we use C language and Java language to implement the system and test it to ensure that the system meets the requirement.After going to service, the system will raise the file process efficiency of the bank, standardize the operation processes and bring great economic benefits to the bank. Also the development of this system accumulates many basical component of process of file which makes a great convenience for the development of future.
