| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and explore the mechanism of action of Xiaokangling I Treating immunological recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA), to summary the clinical experience of my tutor Professor Han Yanhua in treating immunological RSA.Method:Selecting 52 patients who were diagnosed immunological RSA in gynecology clinic of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Me-dicine First Affiliated Hospital,52 patients were randomly divided into two groups,26 patients in each group, the treatment group were given Xiaokang-ling I, and the control group received prednisone+aspirin,1 month for a course of treatment,2 groups were treated for 3 courses, antibody negative rate, symptom scores, pregnancy successful rate and clinical comprehensive effect were observed, statistical analysis with SPASS17.0 software.Result:After three courses, the total antibody negative rate in treatment group was 91.07%,76.27% in control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); the treatment group and the control group in antibody negative rate had a peak in the second course, and the negative rate of treatment group of 1,2 course was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P< 0.05); After treatment, symptom scores of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.01), and the drop points difference in the treatment group was higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); pregnancy successful rate of treatment group was 65.38%,42.31% in control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05); the comparison in clinical comprehensive efficacy, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.46%,61.54% in the the difference was significant(P<0.05); With the number of abortion increasing, positive rate of ACA, EMAb, AOAb increased gradually, while the ASAb decreased gradually. Conclusion:1.Xiaokanglingâ… can effectively eliminate autoantibodies of patients with immunological RSA, and can eliminate or significantly improve clinical symptoms, efficaye is accurate.2.Xiaokanglingâ… can raise the successful pregnancy rate of patients with immunological RSA, and improve the patients'pregnancy outcome.3. Xiaokanglingâ… is an effective prescription for treating immunologi-cal RSA, and short course, no side effects, should be widely applied.4.The study initially reveals that ACA, EMAb, AOAb closely relate with RSA, and ASAb possibly has little relationship with RSA. |
