Lavandula angustifolia is used as the materical research, studying the reproduction of Lavandula angustifolia at the local through the cutting test, recording the phenophase, the dynamic change and differences significant analysis of the active ingredients in different organs. And studying the influence of density test to the growyh change ang yield of Lavandula angustifolia, the time determination of timely gathering, the effect of the way of drying to the content of active ingredient and essential oil of the flower, the main conclusions obtained are as follows:1.Lavender cutting propagation in the winter and spring is the best.In these two seasons, the survival rate and cutting rooting status are both well, stem apex as cutting is optimal, vigor is high, cutting effect is good;the rooting and growth condition of the cuttings processed with IAA for 9h is the best when using plant growth regulator.2. Lavandula angustifolia is perennial small shrubs, the phenophase can be divided into five stages: reviving period, ramification period, bud period, flowering period and wilting period.Various growth stge have overlap. The appearance of phenophase of annual Lavandula angustifolia is later than biennials,so the corresponding growth period is shorter. The growth days of annuals and biennials is 218 and 270 days, and compared with biennials, the growth days of annuals is shorter 52 days.3.The trend of the content of flavonoids of stems and leaves is rise, down and rise again. The emergence of peak are in July and December respectively and the highest content is in bloom stage; There are extremely significant difference among the content of flavonoids in root, stem, leaf and flower, the order is leaf> flower> stem>stem.Compared with annuals, the content of flavonoids of root, leaf and flower is higher, but the content of flavonoids of stem is lower.4.The trend of soluble sugar of stem and leaf is s-shaped,there are two peaks respectively in ramification period and wilting period;the lowest content of soluble sugar is in bloom stage. But the highest content of souble sugar of flower is in bloom stage. There are among the content of soluble sugar in root, stem, leaf and flower, but there are no extremely significant difference between leaf and flower.Compared with annuals, the content of souble sugar in different organs of biennials is higher.5.M1 density condition is most favorable to the root growth:root length is the longest and the lateral root number is most;M3 density condition has the high level of height, flower number and yield of flower. But these there density condition almost have no influence to crown.6.The best harvest time of flower is from 12:00 to 14:00 during bloom stage.7.The stem and leaf of Lavandula angustifolia are rich in essential oil too,and the content of essential oil is highest in bloom stage, but is lower than the content of essential oil of flower.8.Different drying methods have influence to the content of active ingredienr and essential oil of flower. The content of souble sugar is highest in the flower dried in the sun,and then is the content of flower is dried after evaporating and dried directly, the lowest content is of the flower dried in the shade; The content of flavonoids is highest in the flower dried after evaporating, and then is the content of flower is dried in the sun and dried in the shade, the lowest content is of the flower dried directly; The content of essential oil is highest in the flower dried in the shade, and then is the content of flower dried after evaporating and dried directly, the lowest content is of the flower dried directly.
