| As hydropower industry achieved continuous development in China, turbine manufacturing technology, single-machine capacity and power plant management level dramatically increased. So, economical operation efficiency is obtaining wide attention. Every 0.1% efficiency increase of turbine will produce tremendous economic benefit, therefore turbine efficiency are needed to ensure the units works within high efficiency range.This system is designed on the base of test, research and practice of turbine. The system consists of two subsystems, that is, Lower Data Acquisition System and Upper Turbine Efficiency Testing System. Data Acquisition System utilizes DSP parameter testing hardware to realize automated and dynamic data collection from efficiency testing site, whereas, Upper Turbine Efficiency Testing System is built on C++ Builder 6 platform, which relies on interface of Data Acquisition System to acquire data from on-site efficiency experiment and proceed data processing, analyzing, relation curve producing and achieve comprehensive analysis of efficiency experiment.The system can be widely used for on-site efficiency test of most power plants, with both Winter-Kennedy method and Supersonic method integrated in it. In future practice, it will cover more testing methods such as Current Meter method. Promisingly, the system will get comprehensive functions, achieve wider use for on-site efficiency testing, gain the accurate efficiency characteristic measurement of hydroelectric generating set and lead the set to economical operation. |
