The Research Of The Key Technology Of Secondary Aluminum Industry In China Based On The Technology Roadmap

There is a very big development prospects of secondary aluminum industry in China.With the speed of technology updated more and more faster, it becomes increasingly important for regeneration aluminum enterprise to how to accurately identify the key technology of industry, to carry on the technology updated and technological innovation in time, thus able to seize the future market. The Technology Roadmap-a very effective management tool, it provids various stakeholders a communication platform and could forecast future key technologies. At present, The Technology Roadmap is useed quite widely in developed countries and regions such as the United States, Britain, South Korea and Japan. However, There is little theory research of Technology Roadmap in China . In this paper, the author introduces how to forecast the key technology of secondary aluminum industry with Technology Roadmap. The main contents of this paper include the following points:(1) Based on the analysis of patent, identify the current popular technology of secondary aluminum industry and list technology list. Using clustering algorithms to classify the patent documents, to get the the basic path of technical development, and then combined with the patent application time to creat a patent map. This is the basis of the later work.(2) Using delphi experts investigation method organize experts involved in the work of drawing technology roadmap. The survey work is completed by sending letter, email, etc. Triangle fuzzy numbers has an important impact on the survey &research. Hierarchical analysis model is established by consulting a great deal of literature and Experts investigation. It emphasizes on introducing the process of construction and implementation of AHP mode, including the recognition of hierarchical model index elements and weight determination. Finally, according to the evaluation results mapped technology roadmap, and points out the key technologies of industry.(3) This survey invited 15 experts from different positions. Through the analysis of a mass of literature and Multi-round survey get secondary aluminum technology development roadmap of China. And pointed out that the key technology of recycled aluminum.This paper predicts the key technology of recycling aluminum industry and provides the recycled aluminum companies a theoretical reference for technology upgrades, equipment up-grades, and new technology research and development.It studies technology roadmap's theory, definition and formulation process, could help people understand deeply of technology roadmap.
