| Ice-over on electric transmission lines brings many inconveniences, and also causes enormous losses to economy development. In this thesis the impact of ice on the transmission lines was introduced, and the research and development in the field were summarized, the advantages and disadvantages with various anti-icing techniques were compared. Based on the studies,the ice-melting coating is proposed to be the key technology research and development direction in the field of Anti-Icing Coating for Transmission Line.1.In this thesis,Power compensation type differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) instrument was used for seeking the water-soluble organic chemicals that can reduce the ice melting point.Research results showed that adding the water-soluble anelectrolyte organic chemicals into the water can apparently reduce the ice melting point,besides, the DG's effect displays best:10%DG solution can reduce the ice melting point from-0.294℃to-4.353℃,and synergistic effect exists in the mix with some other water-soluble organic chemicals on reducing ice melting point.2. With organic molecules as raw material,metal organic compounds sol is designed and prepared.3. Metal organic compounds sol which hydrolyze when react with water but be stabe in ordinary state are made by reacting the water-soluble anelectrolyte organic chemicals with metallic compounds.Modifing the PRTV coating by adding the Metal organic compounds in it,and test the ice melting performance with the equipment which simulates the freezing rain environment.,The research results demonstrate:the metal organic compounds sol which hydrolyze when react with water but be stabe in ordinary state are able to be synthetized by reacting water-soluble anelectrolyte organic chemicals and metallic compounds,and this sol is able to disperse in the PRTV coating equably,the ice-melting coatings have excellent ice melting performance,the ice melting rates reach0.17mm per hour equally.Moreover,the ice-melting coatings possess longresidualaction,they do have ice-melting performance after have gone4. Via test methods such as gas chromatography and SEM method,the effects influenced by the release of the water-soluble organic chemicals that can reduce the ice melting point from PRTV coatings to ice-melting rate had been researched,inorder to discuss the ice-melting mechanism in depth.The research results indicate:Had been immersed in the aqueous phase,the anti-icing coating acted Phase flip at the fifth hour, the speed increase of organic molecule Achieve Maximum,the ice-melting speed reach the top.he sooner the time of phase flip happened,the higher ice melting-rate reaches.Theice-melting effect of this anti-icing coating is connected with the hydrolysis rate of Metal organic compounds,The higher hydrolysis rate of Metal organic compounds,the higher ice-melting rate of ice-melting coatings have. |
