| This thesis based on standard uncertainity documents, which were "Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement"(GUM 1995) and "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement"(JJF 1059-1999).The main contents and conclusions as follows:(1) huangni soil as the object of study, according to ISO-14256-2 analytical method. The soil sample measured the mass fraction of nitrate:11.8±1.2 mg/kg (k=2). Uncertainty of measurement the major influencing factors showed that(as related uncertainty):Soil sample extraction pre-treatment is produced the greatest uncertainty.(2) GSS-1 (GSW 07401) as the object of study, according to GB/T 17139-1997 analytical method. The soil sample measured the mass fraction of nickel:20.8±1.6mg/kg (k=2). Uncertainty of measurement the major influencing factors showed that(as related uncertainty): Soil sample extraction pre-treatment is produced the greatest uncertainty.(3) A measurement uncertainty calculation software had been written useing Visual Basic language, hich was based on the requirements of evaluation of measurement uncertainty. |
