| With the continuing development and synthesis of quantum mechanics technology, modern analytical technology and testing, coordination chemistry has developed rapidly, has become a physics, chemistry, biology, materials, information science and other academic research focus. It is not only analytical chemistry, biochemistry, organic chemistry, physics chemistry, polymer chemistry, catalytic chemistry, and structural chemistry, chemical industry, the basis of mutual penetration of cross-cutting disciplines, but also life science, materials science, medicine science and other disciplines interrelated form rich vitality of many new interdisciplinary, such as organometallic chemistry, bio-inorganic chemistry.In first part we summarize the recent development of the Schiff base, the several typical synthetic methods have made the brief introduction, and the meaning to research the macrocycles are emphasized. Then we introduce nitrogen heterocyclic carboxylic acid ligand and the coordination way of several typical N-heterocyclic preparation methods of carboxylic acid crystal paper briefly introduces, at last we illustrates the significance and the research topic.In second part,5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane-N, N', N", N"'-tetrakis(ethyl acetate) has been prepared, then hydrolysis and acidize into 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane-N,N',N",N"'-tetraaceti c acid, their coordinated complexes, unit crystals of and have been raised successfully, also IR spectra, Elemental analysis and Single-crystal X-ray were used to characterize these complexes.In thrid part,5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane-N', N"'-bis(ethyl acetate) has been prepared, then hydrolysis and acidize into 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane-N',N"'-diacetic acid. Its coordinated complex, unit crystals of and have been raised successfully, also IR spectra, Elemental analysis and Single-crystal X-ray were used to characterize these complexes.The fourth part, we researched the catalyzed performance in the oxidation of phenol about copper and zinc complexs of 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane-N,N',N",N"'-tetrakis(ethyl acetate) with the chromatograph analysis method, and also did the research on high potential catalytic activity. A conclusion can be drawed that the two coordinated complexes have catalytic activity to the phenol hydroxylating and also display a certain catalyzed selectivity. |
