Kibs And Manufacturing Companies Based Interface Analysis Of Interactive Innovation Research

In the knowledge economy society, knowledge-intensive business service (KIBS) became the important part of the knowledge infrastructure of the society. It had not only represented the multi-function as fundamental knowledge production and reallocation, but also had a significant stimulated power for the other industries in the national economy. KIBS became more and more obvious responsible for the manufacturing industry development, expressing the effect in helping manufacturing enterprise to innovate, sometimes even driving them to innovate. As the producer and spreader of professional knowledge, KIBS began to take part in the enterprise innovation process in manufacturing enterprise and broke the traditional innovation process which put the manufacturing enterprise as the only and main part. The new patterns focus on the close interaction between KIBS and manufacturing enterprise.Since long ago, in the research field of innovation the paradigm is manufacture-dominated.Only till 1990's, people gradually paied attention to research on the innovation in KIBS, and many of them focused on the interaction in innovation. The present research in this domain is certainly imperfect, because most of the research concentrated on the macro level, and neglected the micro level, also to take KIBS which contains a lot of industries as holistic research object was even less. According to this, based on the classification of the interface between KIBS and manufacturing enterprise, the author analysed the collaborative innovation process and discussed the factors which influence the cooperation performance, hoping to make some contributions to promoting the innovation cooperation between KIBS and manufacturing enterprise.First, "interface" was introduced to analysis all kinds of cooperation relationships between KIBS and manufacturing enterprise. Based on the literature review on interface, the author presented a classification of the interface between KIBS and manufacturing enterprise.Second, according to the classification mentioned above, the author investigated the different innovation progresses of KIBS and manufacturing enterprise from the view of knowledge transfer, discussed the motivation of their interaction, knowledge flow in the progress, innovation performance and the factors which influence this. And finally the author proved these findings through case studies.Third, the influence elements and their mechanism were demonstrated viaquestionnaire and data analysis. The author promoted 7 factors which have impact on the performance of cooperative innovation analysed how these factors influenced the performance through knowledge transfer under different interfaces. The statistical result confirmed most of the hypothesis, and the discoveries of the importance of knowledge transfer and the factors which influence the performance of interaction gave some implications to promote the innovation between KIBS and manufacturing industry.At the end of the thesis, some suggestions were proposed from the enterprise's view. At last the summary was given, as well as the research prospect for the future.
