As a new medical model in recent years, mobile medical model is a combination of the biomedical sensor technology, mobile computing technology and networking technology. Wireless Body Area Sensor Networks (WBASN or WBSN) is the most part of mobile medical system. It is a self-organizing network which contains variety of wearable bio-sensors or biosensors implanted in the human body, and it is the basic platform about the body information acquisition, analysis and processing, so we have to ensure its security and stability.In this paper, two main content areas will be described at first: (1) the initial key generation and feature verification of local low-power wireless devices in BASN. This section includes: designing generating the initial key agreement on the use of Biometrics; the feature and the verification about the key. (2) The design of wireless BASN communications security mechanism to achieve user authentication, data encryption and decryption and integrity testing. This section mainly includes: the generated keys'secure transmission protocol on the use of Biometrics; key's error recovery protocol; the secure data transmission protocol on the use of stream cipher and the verification about the integrity based on the hash function.Finally, I will finish the computer simulation with the MATLAB platform and hundreds of patients'biometric data, which proves this system supporting good safety, reliability and simple achievement, lower power compared with traditional secure data transmission.
