Following the development of society and improving the level of logistic, it indicates that the acquirement and analyse of the logistic information will be more and more significant. Nowadays, the informationization of the freight transportation management has became the sign of the logistic industry. Many of domestic companies that deal in the traditional logistic convert the modem logistic corprations, but as far as it goes, most of them were still singleness in the informationization management method, it only supplies the real-time location track and search services, but can not get the freight info in the delivery equipment and could not find the mistakes of the process with load and unload freight. Specially in the transportation of the dangerous material, once it makes a mistake, and the result is unimaginable.On the basis of investigating the logistics and data translation system, a hardware designing of collecting information system , based on GPRS and RFID is advanced.This system combine the technology of RFID,GPS and GPRS.By means of sharing serial port,collecting the real-time date ,communication between center and terminal,carring out the instruction is solved. in this way ,the system not only attain the date of GPS but attain the data of cargoes,which can improve the real-time capability and efficiency of the container logistics management, lower the possibility of the frequency of the mistakes caused in container loading and unloading process.The thesis completed the study work of the monitoring sample device of the logistic monitoring system and realized the basic fuction of the logistic monitoring terminal system.under the conditon of current experiment,pay more attention to the hardware selection and completed the hardware circuit design.While considering of the system safety as well as the real-time performance,take up the software design,try hard to make the software optimization.through hardly debugging and experiment,it's proved that this project is feasible,with reason and have favorable application prospect, achieved the research purpose of anticipation.
