| The array antenna has the function of spatial filter. Through adjusting array coefficients, the sending energy was concentrated in narrow region. The array antenna was used to produce spatial and directional beam. Then the main beam aims at the coming direction of expected user and the side lobe points to the coming direction of interference user. In this way, we can use the mobile information more effectively and restrain the interference signal. In general, adaptive array antenna needs the information of expected signal, such as: direction, reference signal.This paper is focused on the research of beam forming technology. Firstly, the author introduces the conception of spatial filter, and illustrates the principles of array antenna. Then some beam forming systems and typical adaptive algorithms are introduced. This paper puts the emphasis on the adaptive algorithms, and a new one is proposed. Array beam forming transmission technology must estimate characters of the channels, so, some direction of arrival (DOA) algorithms are respectively discussed. In the last chapter, the author introduces some knowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), and implements this paper's new adaptive algorithm in assemble language. |
