The development of computer & internet technology attaches the importance to the information security. The human identification used in many fields such as nation security, electro-business, government affair, finance is the precondition ensuring the system security. The current human identification depends on the card certificate and the password which are not portable, easy to lose, easy to destroy and not suit the development of the modern science and advancement of the society. An important feature of human motion is GAIT. The gait of a person is a representation of his body structure, locomotion, behavior and psychology when he walks. It can be apperceived and measured at a distance from arbitrary viewpoints. A set of the psychology and Biometrics experiments showed that the gait of a person is nearly uniquely. Therefore, gait recognition has become more attractive for surveillance and for security in public areas.Gait recognition is the process of identifying an individual by the manner he walks. Human identification from gait is a challenging task because the low resolution of the video captured from realistic surveillance scenarios in which people are far away from the camera and walk along arbitrary directions. Gait recognition become a challenging task because of its diversity, such as the difference in the time and space, the occlusion, complex background, multi-viewpoint, clothing, disease, drunk and pregnancy. In this paper we address the problem of finding an effective view-invariant approach for the human ID from gait problem. So far there are many research centers are interested in this direction and some systems for gait recognition are being developed. Some systems for gait analysis had been applied in the field of medicine. Even now there is a long way to take the technology into the reality from the laboratory. In realistic surveillance scenarios, people walk along arbitrary directions from the optic-axes of the camera. To classify...
