Recent years, the famous scholar of our country—the Professor Chen nanxian—applied the Mo|¨bius inversion formula in infinite series form to solve a series important inverse problems in applied physics,and get a lot of success.His works were highly evaluated by the top scientific magazine <>. Under the guidance of professor Chennanxian, professor suwuxun applied the methods of Mo|¨bius transform to the evaluations of the inverse transforms of the Fourier series of several often-used waveforms, and derived the expanded formula of the sine ,cosine and general periodic functions on various often-used waveforms; meanwhile we also derived the very important functions which are orthogonal to the corresponding waveforms. These can be applied to the new modulation-demodulation system. Based on these results,professor Suwuxun proposed several application.In this paper we applied the results to the digital base-band communication system design. We proposed a new system—the Chen-Mo|¨bius digital base-band communication system .In this system, the new coherent modulation-demodulation systems by two classes of the oblique-orthogonal function set as the modulation and demodulation set were applied to the digital baseband communication systems, and the system is simpler than the conventional system.
