Recent years, the grid, as a new and influencing technology, is a hotspot that people focus on all the time. Grid is one kind of network infrastructure in information society. It will unite all the resources in the network, including computing resources, storage resources, communication resources, software resources, information resources, knowledge resources and so on.The e-government, which has expressed the enormous function in science and technology, is developing fast. The disadvantages of domestic e-government that depends on information release are exposed gradually, with the developing of economy and the weakening of regional diversity. At present, the e-government systems in our country are based on their own operating system or information integrator, they are separated and this brings lots of problems, for example, the resources is divided, the sharing of information is difficult, the level of application is low. What's more, the information system is made of information islands separated each other. This is a big trouble for the public and corporations, so it affects the normal development of e-government heavily.The emergence of grid makes these problems solvable, for the core of grid technology is the share of information and resources. On the one hand, grid technology can associate with and manage the information resources dispersed in each department, make the exchange of data in each branch firmly, eliminate three isolated islands, which include the isolated islands of information, application and user, erase the bottleneck of resources-share on e-government.
