Being an important part of SNOM, optical fiber nanoprobe can not only be made into miniaturized sensors that have a great deal of functions, but also can be used to examine the sample with high sensitivity and resolutions in combination with general spectrograph.At present, the various traditional methods that produce optical fiber nanoprobe all base on the application of SNOM, and the price is high which made it difficult for the commercial application in the miniaturized sensors. So it is of great significance to produce optical fiber nanoprobe of high quality under simple experiment conditions. This is one of the main content of the thesis. We established a set of appraisal standard, investigated the ideal mode, selected an appropriate way to create the optical fiber nanoprobe, developed a set of apparatus to create the optical fiber nanoprobe, brought forward the melt-stretch etching method, made fine optical fiber nanoprobe. At the same time, we got over the key difficulty in the traditional tube etching method, realized the probability of producing optical fiber nanoprobe in great quantity. In addition, we found the way to produce optical fiber nanoprobe without controlling the etching liquid temperature strictly in the traditional chemical etching method. The optical fiber nanoprobe is coated by magnetron sputtering on double surface. After coating tip with aluminum, we obtained optical fiber nanoprobe with a high light transmission efficiency.To realize the fabrication of optical fiber nanosensor and the application of optical fiber nanoprobe in the detection of Raman spectroscopy, we tried the elementary useful use with self-made optical fiber nanoprobe. Excited at 532 run, we collected fluorescence spectroscopy of Rh B solution sensitively by an optical investigation system with a bifurcated fiber. Because the optical fiber nanoprobe of intracellular monitoring has the merit of real time monitoring and small damage to cellular, we tried the experiment of inserting the optical fiber nanoprobe into the cervix carcinoma to collect the intracellular spectroscopy, and obtained strong fluorescence spectroscopy of intracellular. We believe that the optical fibernanosensor can be made successfully in the near future, the use of the optical fibernanoprobe in the detection of Raman spectroscopy can also be realized, and theoptical fiber nanoprobe can be widely used.
