| Woven wire cloth has great importance in the fields of industrial production and science research, while how to perform high-speed and high-precision test on tinsel net is one of the most important problems in dire need of solution. In this thesis, several problems relevant to the test of tinsel net are chiefly researched, the micro-optics system are analysed and optimized, moreover, the application of image disposal technique on the testing process is analyzed. With MATLAB platform, the measuring programs of net mesh and net wire diameter are designed based on contour trace, and the collected images are demarcated. The experimental equipments of tinsel net testing are set up, the parameters of tinsel net are practically measured, relevant theoretical analysis is maked and the data in point is presented. Compared with traditional testing techniques, it has better effect. |
