The paper constructs a multi-dimensional analyzing system of Science and Technological Fund based on the web, suggests applying multi-dimensional data model to support OLAP, which can be designed and realized in relation database. This paper solves the problem of failing to get multi-dimensional information after making multi-dimensional analysis on dataThe system focuses on the applying and evaluation of the Fund project, the natural information of the experts, the application of the fee of the fund and the general situation of the research units. This paper also provides some real cases on multi-dimensional seeking and analyzing. For the time being, the system works perfectly.
