Optical fiber SPR technology is a new technology which connects optical fiber and plasma resonance technique. Because it has high temperature resistant and high pressure resistant, compact in size and passive properties, optical fiber has already become an indispensable part in life; SPR technology has high sensitivity, so it has been widely used in biology, medicine, engineering and so on. The product has the advantages of both, if we combination of the two technology. So it is important to study on it. This paper is combination of optical fiber and plasma resonance technique, simulated the fiber end face SPR.This paper introduced the development status of optical fiber SPR, and learning from the technology of optical fiber SPR and polarizer both abroad and at home. By means of grinding optical fiber end face, it can get difform end face, then we coating film on it. In this paper, we deduced the reflection coefficient of optical fiber SPR and calculated the reflectivity of single-mode fiber conical end face with different angles. Using Matlab software, the relationship between the end face angle and the reflectivity is simulated. It provides theoretical supports for optical fiber end face SPR. Getting fiber with conical end face and wedge-shaped end face by optical fiber end face processing system. Using Lab VIEW software, three film SPR curve and four film SPR curve of single-mode fiber end face are simulated in 650 nm, 850 nm, 1310 nm and 1550 nm bands. And the best solution of film type and film thickness is found out. We observe the fiber end face SPR curve that it absorption peaks at 1320 nm-1340 nm bands.
