The Rural Relations, Under The Conditions Of Villagers' Autonomy

After the country economic reform and the villager's self-government in China, the relationship between the government in village and the committee of the village is guarded as direction and assistance. With the reform of politics and economy the income of the peasants is increased and the agricultural economy is improved. However with the multi-causes in some places the income of the peasants drops ,the burden of the peasants increases, the conflict between the cadre and the mass becomes acute and the factors of instability are enhanced. The government in village the representative of the State and the committee of the village the representative of the country are in the focus of the conflict. So the relationship between the government in village and the committee of the village is very important. This paper concerns county relation to seek the focus of contradicts in country society and make suggestion about country development and State stability.After multi-dimension analysis of country relation, this paper thinks the main reasons for abnormal country relation are the weakness of democracy foundation, faultiness of democracy institution and lowness of country officials. Because the State maintains the leading position in the relationship between State and society, the criterion of country relation needs strong support of State policies.
