Nine Of The Ming Dynasty Military And Related Changes Of Landscape Structure And Research

The issue of Nine Frontier town(九边) runs through the whole period of Ming Dynasty,which is always valued in the academic area."九边",the most important military defense system along the Great Wall,is of different landscape system, compared with the inland.As the definite military defense area,the landscape of the military and its interrelated is prominent."九边" covers large area and is complex.Considering time and the length of the thesis,I choose Ningxia,one of the "九边",as the research object.Based on the rich historical material of Ming Dynasty and treatise of today,I try to come to the restoration of the landscape of the military and its interrelated of Ningxia,and the detailed description of the component element,formation process and the changing characteristics of the landscape.Also,from the three respects of military,politics and nature,further study is made to reveal the dynamic mechanism which promotes the changes of the landscape.
