In this paper ,the development of anti-seismic technology of bridge in internal and foreign country is introduced. The essentiality and urgency of establishing the criterion parameters and realizing the standard are put forward. As energy-absorbers and bridge isolation devices, the LRB (Lead-Rubber-Bearings) have the effective ability of aseismic. The anti-seismic principle of LRB is mentioned. Compared with the standard of RB (Rubber-Bearings), the criterion parameters of LRB are selected. In the other hand, the standardization of LRB under the I site category is illustrated to study the course of standardization of LRB. In this paper, the calculation theory, the calculation model ,the calculation method of realizing the LRB standard are studied ,the LRB standard under I site category is realized preliminary. The three level fortification criterion and two stage design method and the elastic response spectrum theory are adopted, and the program of NBA(The Program of Nonlinear-Aseismic Analysis for Beam Bridge) is used to calculate. A lot of bridge design materials are gathered, through analyzing and calculating , the bridge and the LRB are related by the intrinsic period. The carrying capacity, intrinsic period and the displacement are selected as the parameters of the standard table. So the LRB standardization is finished. The realization of the LRB standard will accelerate the speed of being put into the construction of LRB.
