This item applies to research the Digitizing wide band Oscilloscope which bandwidth is 100MHz and settles a base for developing the higher frequency digitizing oscilloscope. So it has a wide application foreground.According the principle of random sampling, we have realized to measure high frequency repeated signal by lower frequency A/D converter and logic controller. The part of the logic controller has used the programming device CPLD, which can reduce the number of components and devices, making the layout board convenience and simple, decreasing the device's volume. This is propitious to make portable Oscilloscope.
