Our Government Safety Regulatory System Is Running Graph Theory Formulation In The Study

There are a variety of factors which impact on production safety, the management level of managers, the supervision and management means and methods of government's supervision and management departments are important factors around them. Only by enhancing the government's supervision and management of the productive sectors and the managers' suprrvision level, can the safety production situation be improved.According to a great of literature and theory study, this paper describes the function of safety supervision and management departments of China generally, as well as the domain of their subordinate bodies. On the main issues, restrictions and forms of safety production in China, we expound the safety supervision system of different industries respectively. By contrasting with the developed countries, we put forward new ideas and new goals of the safety Production of the new era. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Reading a lot of articles about the supervision and management system in our country and the relevant supervision and management patterns in foreign countries. Then this paper systematically expounded the development, current situation and prospects of security production in China, as well as the security of our country.(2)According to China's existing safety supervision and management system, this paper analyze the framework of safety supervision and management departments. Also, the functions, limits of functions and responsibi- lities of different departments are described.(3)Based on the theoretical study, the paper summarizes the circulation system of supervision and management departments and perfectly analyses the management models, information stream, right-responsibility stream, normal stream, abnormal stream and unstable stream.(4) Using graph theory to analyze the supervision and management models, supervision and management system is studied. And then we can find out the best blue print which matches the situation of our country, in order to coordinate each department and carry out reorganization task quickly, effectively, as well as control the accident and prevent the spread of disaster on time.(5)Combining the graph theory, the supervision and management system is expressed by tree, bipartite graph and Hasse graph. On the basis of critical path analysis of accident-reporting flow graph, a viable method is put forward. But the study is only expressed qualitatively not quantitatively.(6)Based on the above studies, the article absorbs the advanced management experience and brings forward the development aspect of the supervision and management pattern in the future.
