Gas emission has been increasing rapidly, a number of collieries have been changed into gassy mine wells, and obvious danger has appeared in the coal seams which had no serious danger before. As a result, prediction of gas emission in the gas control is the important technical aspect.The production conditions of the domestic and international coal wells are analyzed, especially those conditions, in which geological structure is complicated, gas is deep-buried, coal bed is unstable. The changeable natural conditions and production environments increases the insecurity, so the danger is even more serious. There is no security ensures about production unless we accurate prediction of mine or excavate the gas emission, in advance to take the necessary preventive measures. Thus to set up a complete mathematical model of prediction, to predict the collected data.Collect the data about the situation of the exploited coal seam, combining with the Qianjiaying mineral coal seam and the complicated occurrence conditions of the gas. On the base of a comprehensive statistical analysis about Qianjiaying mine gas emission monitoring data of many years, to analyze the geological conditions and structural and deterimine the influence coefficient of impact factors. According to the order of mining and the easy-to-digest elevation through the way of prediction, verification, mending, re-prediction verification, re-mending, we can find out the regulation of the gas emission in order to predict the gas emission of the non-exploited regions further. From the prediction results about the gas emission of the non-exploited regions, we can take effective measures. And combining with the actual situation of the mine we can fully determine the measures of the gas management from the aspects of design, mining, etc. Recovering gas drainage, attaining the purpose of managing the gas more can promise the safe production of the mineral mountain. |
