| The 3-d dynamical bench based on the motion decoupling is a platform that can realize 3-d rotation in space. The machine tool can fulfill multiaxial interaction and machine the complex surface of part if put the bench in it, and the performance of the bench can affect the parts processing. Based on the analysis and summarizing of the all kinds of the dynamical bench home and abroad, a new 3-d dynamical bench based on the motion decoupling is proposed and studied in this article.First, according to confirm the design concept of the dynamical platform, we proposed the structure project of the 3-d dynamical bench and make out the integrity structure of the bench. Modern designs such as 3D design and virtual design, are applied to the preliminary structure design of the platform. Based on the virtual prototyping, we carry on doing the organization kinematic analysis,have analysed the movement scope of the dynamic platform in space,as well as the speed and acceleration.Through the trajectory graphics and the simulation analysis of the kinematics,the structural design of the dynamic platform is confirmed reasonably, and the phenomenon of the interference doesn't exist when the platform is working, and the graphics of the speed and acceleration is also in line with the results of theoretical analysis.Next, we conduct dynamics research to the movement platform while place the platform under the conditions of the cutting force,establish the dynamics model ,and use the Simulink in Matlab to carry on the simulation to it ,and get the graph of the moment, also analyse the anti-torque suffered by the hydraulic cylinder in the case of external forces.At last, analyze the stress situation of the main parts under the milling strength function,and carry on the finite element analysis to the hydraulic cylinder and the main parts of the dynamic platform ,and optimize their design in order to satisfy the stress request to issue the quality to be the smallest. And then we design the detailed structure based on what we have studied, and make size calculation and strength check to some main components, then the part drawing and assembly drawing is finished, finally produce the platform.The 3-d dynamical bench has the merits of novel conception, compact structure, reasonable layout, large output torque, convenient to control etc. We think firmly that with the development of the deepen research, the performance of the platform can be approved increasingly. And it has the positive significance and promotion application value to machine process unit. |
