| Monoethyl ester of succinic acid(MESA) and diethyl ester of succinate acid(DESA) were prepared by ethanolysis of succinic anhydride catalysed by strong acid cation cation exchange resin. Ethyl succinyl chloride(ESC) was synthesized from monoethyl succinate and thionyl chioride. The products were characterized by spectrum of IR,~1H-NMR,GC,MS.Dimethyl succinate(DMS) were prepared by methanolysis of succinic anhydride catalysed by strong acid cation cation exchange resin. Dimethyl succinyl succinate was synthesized from dimethyl succinate and sodium methoxide. The products were characterized by spectrum of IR,~1H-NMR,GC,MS.Diethyl succinate(DESA) which were dropped into the mixture of ethanolysis of succinic anhydride catalysed by strong acid cation cation exchange resin can restrain diethyl succinate. This method can highten the yield of monoethyl succinate.On the base of the data of orthogonal and macrokinetics, the main influencs on the ethanolysis of succinic anhydride were discussed in the paper.(1) The yield of MESA was 68.67% when the mole ratio of succinic anhydride to ethanol was 1.6:1, reaction temperature was 90℃, reaction time was 2.5h and the mass ratio of resin to anhydride was 30%. Diethyl succinate(DESA) were dropped into the mixture of ethanolysis of succinic anhydride catalysed by strong acid cation cation exchange resin can restrain diethyl succinate.this method can highten the yield of monoethyl succinate; The yield of MESA was 92.25% when we experimentalized with 1kg succinic anhydride.(2) The yield of DESA was 94.39% when the mole ratio of succinic anhydride to ethanol was 4:1, reaction temperature was 95℃, reaction time was 7h and the mass ratio of resin to anhydride was 30%.(3) The yield of ESC was 96.81% when the mole ratio of MESA to thionyl chloride was 1:1.4, reaction temperature was 85℃, reaction time was 3h.(4) The yield of DMSS was 90.99% when the mole ratio of DMS to sodium methoxide was 3.5:1, reaction temperature was 110℃, dropping time of DMS was 50min, reaction time was 2h. |
