| For the better application of GKF jet flotation machine, a new type of modified venturi throattube,a Sialon-corundum nozzle with high quality and grinding-resistance, and a new type ofself stabilizing pressure system have been developed.Based on the review of the present research progress of fine particle flotation machine, andthe analysis and discussion of the application and research of jet floatationa machine in our countryand aboard, it has been recognized that the main problems affecting the application of the jetfloatation machine in our country are the stuff of nozzle, the structure of throat tube and the feedpressure.The effects of the structural parameters of the throat tube on self-aspiration-capacity of the jetflotation are studied. The researches show that the diameter of the throat tube affect theself-aspiration-capacity of the jet flotation machine prominently, but the magnitude of graduallyshrunk angle doesn't affect the self-aspiration-capacity and the gradually extended angle of thethroat tube affects the self-aspiration-capacity to some degree( the believable levelo is 75 percents)The influence of the stuff on the life of nozzle has been developed. The experimental dataindicates that the Sialon-corundum is the best stuff can be used for the nozzle.Combing with the principle of the great resistance water supply system in the water supplyand drainage engineering, a new type of self-stabilization system with tailing circumfluence isresearched. By means of the theoretical analyses and experiments, the probability of the liquidself-stabilizing pulp presure is investigated in detail. The results show that the slurry between inthe tailing circumfluence tube and in the pump-pond will not go into each other as the pulp levelof the pump-pond keeps stability.The experiments are carried out to process the fly ash from the electricity plant ofZhongShang non-ferrous metal Ltd by using a new type of jet flotation machine.
