| China is one of the world’s major gold-producing country, rich in gold resources, as of the end of 2010, China has identified reserves of gold resources ranked fifth in the world, ranking ninth in based reserves of the world. However, with the development and utilization of mineral resources of gold, easy to handle and gradually reduce the amount of ore mined, refractory resources has become an important category of mineral resources development and utilization. So, the comprehensive recycling refractory gold ore resources, and gradually become an important research direction in mineral processing community.The theme of this article is the problem to comprehensive recovery sulfur and gold in an high rate of sulfur gold ore, detailed nature of the ore analysis and process mineralogy did before experiments. we can know through the multi-element chemical analysis: grade of gold is 3.96g/t, sulfur is 21.41%,both of them are reach the industrial grade(because of the low grade of silver, we principal recover gold in experiments, so,the results of silver will not make affect). By the rude ore mineral phase analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis we can know that, gold is close relation with sulfur, the quantity of wraped goldã€nuditied and semi- nuditied gold reached 77.98% with a large quantity of wraped gold, and this is the element of low recovery; gold in carbonate, hematite and limonite silicate accounted for 22.02%. Main metallic minerals are pyrite, wurtzite; main non-metallic minerals are quartz, dolomite, illite and so on. Summarizing,the gold ore has large content of sulfur and less harmful impurities,valuable elements are gold and sulfur, the main test for the recovery are gold and pyrite.Through a comprehensive and systematic experimental study beneficiation determined flotation- beneficiation methods combining cyanide leaching. We get the flotation- beneficiation combined beneficiation methods. the sulfur suppression to choose gold and sulfur solution,recovery gold after gold-sulfur mixed flotation solution and sulfur mixed flotation solution are experimented, at last we chose the sulfur mixed flotation process, and get the chemical scheme with B xanthate as collectorã€2# oil as frother,gold-sulfur mixed flotation solution is throw away tailings after a step of the rough grinding and roughing, two-step of scavenging and one-step of concentrate cleaning, middle ore return according to the order. The gold-sulfur flotation concentrate with a good result: the 10.06g/t of gold grade, the 95.79% of gold recovery, the 9.17g/t of silver grade, the81.96% of silver recovery, the 51.50% of sulfur grade, the 96.87% of sulfur recovery. Leach experiments aim at separating the gold and sulfur and get gold and sulfur products. Through tow experiments of oxide roast pre-treatment and direct leach, we decide to recover sulfur through oxide roast the mixed flotation concentrate, recover gold through leaching in roasted product. At last, we get the good experimental results: the 2.03g/t of leaching product grade, the 84.69% of gold leaching rate. |
